The Chebeague Island School Department is now accepting offers for a 2000 International school bus. The Bus will be sold as is, where is and without any warranty expressed or implied. The Bus, 24 passengers, automatic with a diesel engine, 129,500 miles, and handicap lift, is approximately 14 years old and was taken out of service in December 2013 with the purchase of a new bus. The bus may be inspected by appointment by calling Virginia Tatakis-Calder at 846-8758 or Alton Hadley at 846-4162. This bus has been replaced by a new, larger model and is no longer in regular service. Minimum offer of $1,000 is required. The Chebeague Island School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
